Description: Nutritionally-complete oral supplement provides 100% Daily Value in 1,200 calories ( 1Cal/mL). Intended use as nutrition for geriatric patients, patients recovering from illness or surgery, malnourished cancer or HIV/AIDS patients, patients needing preoperative and postoperative nutritional support and persons desiring weight control. Products containing high protein are suitable for patients needing preoperative bowel preparation and patients undergoing wound healing treatment (e.g. decubitus ulcers). High caloric products are suitable for persons with volume restrictions (cancer, anorexia, chronic obstructive lung disease), fluid restrictions (heart failure, liver disease) and weight gain requirements due to a variety of medical conditions. Lactose-free but not suitable for persons with galactosemia. 8-fl-oz cans.
